Here are the next two steps to get your Chicago property ready to go live on the MLS:

This form collects your property details, MLS-required disclosures, showing instructions, and
contact information so we can build your MRED listing draft.
You can send pictures to:
pictures@bergproperties.com.
Please note that you must own the copyright to any pictures that you send. The MLS will fine you $250 per picture if you use a previous real estate broker’s images without proper permission. Only send photos that you (or your photographer) have the rights to use.
Once we have your completed paperwork and photos, we will prepare a draft of your MLS listing and send it to you for review. After you approve the draft, we will activate your property in MRED according to your chosen go-live timing.
