Who We Are
MLStown is the flat fee MLS arm of Berg Properties, a local Illinois brokerage created to give sellers full MLS exposure without the traditional 6% listing commission. We focus on MRED MLS and the Chicago metro area so that your listing data, photos, and remarks are set up correctly the first time.
Why MLStown exists
Colleen and her family started this brokerage with a simple idea: you should not have to choose between full MLS exposure and keeping more of your equity. About Colleen
As Designated Managing Broker, Colleen has spent years helping Chicago-area sellers use the MLS more intelligently. Her background includes traditional listings, investor sales, and flat fee MLS services, giving her perspective on what actually moves a property from “active” to “closed” in MRED.
Colleen’s role is to make sure your listing is entered correctly, your questions are answered quickly, and your flat fee MLS experience feels as professional as working with a top full-service team—without the listing-side commission.
